I am currently completing my Yoga Therapy Training with the Scottish School of Yoga Therapy. Yoga Therapy uses therapeutic yoga practices to help bring people to optimal health and well-being. It can be used for everyday aches and pains and minor ailments through to helping alleviate symptoms of long-term conditions. I work with people to develop a personalised practice tailored for individual needs. These may include breathing practices, postures, meditations and sequences.
