If you would like to try yoga, you are in the right place – Welcome!
Complete beginners are welcome at any of my classes. These are open to everyone from all backgrounds and abilities and there is absolutely no need to be able to touch your toes!
If you have any questions, concerns about injuries or any requirements you may have to make the class accessible to you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
I also run beginner’s introductory sessions. These can currently be done as a private one-to-one (or small group) session via Zoom or in a local studio. Please get in touch to book.
