Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs is a specialised, evidence based, 12 week course for people with chronic lower back pain, those who have experienced back pain in the past and want to avoid another episode and anyone who wants to maintain a strong, healthy back for the future (so pretty much anyone!). Supported by extensive research carried out by the University of York and Arthritis UK, the course is a holistic mind/body approach to back care. The yoga is gentle, effective and enjoyable.
