I am trained to teach yoga and mindfulness to teens and have run a number of classes in schools and youth groups.
Yoga can be hugely beneficial for teens, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, build positive body image, self-confidence, core strength, balance, posture and concentration and maintain flexibility. Classes are fun, including flowing movement, breathing techniques and relaxation.
