Yoga is for everyone, of all ages and all abilities and everyone is welcome at my classes, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi. Yoga is an adaptable practice and is suitable for all bodies whether you are flexible or not. Yoga helps us to feel better in our bodies and minds, not just during the class but in the rest of your life too, from feeling more comfortable in your body to easing stress and sleeping better.
I have been practising yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2011. I am a Senior Yoga Teacher, registered through Yoga Alliance and am also qualified to teach pre-and post-natal yoga, women’s yoga therapy, Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs, and yoga and mindfulness to teens. I am also currently training to become a Yoga Therapist through the Scottish School of Yoga Therapy.
