Individual or small group classes can be a great way to learn the basics if you are a beginner; have an injury you are recovering from and wanting some modifications or specific poses to help; if you are more experienced and wanting to work on something specific; or simply to find a regular time that works for you each week. These can be a one off or bought as a block.
