If you would like to try yoga, you are in the right place – Welcome!
Complete beginners are welcome at any of my drop-in classes which are currently being run via Zoom. These are open to everyone from all backgrounds and abilities and there is absolutely no need to be able to touch your toes!
If you would like to try a class, get in touch for the Zoom codes and to complete a New Student Form. I am also happy to discuss any questions, concerns about injuries or any requirements you may have to make the class accessible to you.
I also run beginners introductory sessions. These can currently be done as a private one-to-one (or small group) session via Zoom or in a local studio subject to current safety protocols. Please get in touch to book.
